Terms of Service
1. Services
Maksim Shymanovskyi, operating as AdsGuru, provides advertising management services (Google Ads, Meta Ads): campaign setup, optimisation, audits and reporting. The scope, fees and timelines for each client are agreed separately.
2. Account access
The client grants access to their advertising accounts voluntarily and may revoke it at any time. The client remains the owner of their accounts, data and billing.
3. Internal tool
To deliver the services I use a private internal tool built on the Google Ads API. It is not sold or licensed to anyone. Changes to client accounts are made only within the agreed scope of work.
4. Results
Advertising results depend on many factors outside my control (market, budget, website, platform policies). No specific results are guaranteed.
5. Platform policies
All work is carried out in accordance with the Google Ads policies, the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions, and the Meta Advertising Policies.
6. Privacy
Data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
