Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Maksim Shymanovskyi, operating as AdsGuru ("I", "me"), collects, uses and protects information when providing advertising management services and when using my internal tool built on the Google Ads API, AdsGuru (the "Tool").
1. Who uses the Tool
The Tool is a private application used only by me. It is not available to the public or to third parties. It accesses only those Google Ads accounts that the account owner has explicitly shared with my Google account or linked to my Google Ads manager account.
2. Information accessed
With the account owner's permission, granted through Google OAuth, the Tool accesses Google Ads data such as:
- account, campaign, ad group, keyword and ad settings;
- performance metrics (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions);
- search terms reports and keyword planning data.
The Tool does not collect personal data of the advertisers' customers, and does not access Gmail, contacts, files or any Google data other than Google Ads.
3. How information is used
The data is used only to provide services to the client who owns the account: reporting, analysis, recommendations and applying changes approved by the client. It is never sold, rented or used for advertising profiling.
4. Storage and security
OAuth credentials and exported reports are stored on my own computer, which is protected by a password and disk-level security. Reports are kept only as long as needed for the service and are deleted on request. Access tokens can be revoked at any time.
5. Sharing
Data from a client's account is shared only with that client (for example, as a report file). I do not share it with any other party, except where required by law.
6. Google API Services User Data Policy
The Tool's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7. Revoking access
An account owner can revoke access at any time by removing my user or manager account in Google Ads (Admin → Access and security), or via Google Account permissions. On request I will delete any stored data related to that account.
